After service water was not draining out, I called technician, no support received, call the person who assigned the job, even he did not responded positively.
Now locally I repaired my washing machine by paying 3500.
I spent 5350 for working washing machine.
Please find the professional guys, this guys are not professional, I feel the rating is completely fake & paid.
1. Overcharged for every other item used incl. outdoor unit stand
2. Charged astronomically high prices for electrical wiring which was not discussed before
3. Left the house in a dirty condition. All walls stained from drilling holes (charged extra for drilling hole & installation)
4. After they left, all points with inverter connection stopped working
I got this repair from someone else for just 300 Rs and it's working fine.
I just checked there is some pattern who gave high reviews in the past and it seems fake reviews.
Charged me low price with original parts.
